Pathways Employment Help Centre and Placement Centre (PEHC)Seeks to Unleash People's Potential through Employment, Skills Training and Advocacy. A recognized leader in social enterprise and innovative workforce development, PEHC provides employability assessments, job search strategies, and employment placement services. Our micro-credential skill development programs inspire and equip adult learners to reenter the workforce. PEHC also operates Clean Works London, London Community Woodshop and the Advocacy Centre. Pathways consistently has provided leadership in the community in envisioning new ways of delivering excellence in employment services. Each year 2500-3000 people seek pre-employment assistance and are connected to a vast network of 600 employers.
Pathways is currently recruiting members for its volunteer Board of Directors!

Who can get involved?
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and possess the skills, competencies/attributes and experience as identified above.
Time Commitment
This is a volunteer commitment of 4-6 hours per month. Meetings are the last Monday of each month in person. Committees meet virtually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
