Hello! I am a newcomer to London, moving this Spring to the London area although I have been lucky enough to have been volunteering with Pillar and other charities since Summer 2016. My background is in Marketing Communications with I have over 18 years experience in the for profit sectors - retail, finance, packaged goods. I am looking to make the career switch from For Profit to Non For Profit. I am an avid traveler and love yoga, am super excited to explore London and all the amazing things to do in the city. I volunteer with Pillar on typically on Mondays and really looking forward to getting to know all the amazing people involved with Pillar and Innovation Works!
I am a first-year student at Western University currently pursuing a degree in Financial Modeling. This summer, I will be supporting VERGE Capital with performance management, focusing on social impact and financial measurement. I am passionate about social entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation. In my spare time, I enjoy reading autobiographies, playing music, and traveling around the world.

Having finished my first year at Western’s Ivey Business School, I am applying my experience in Business Administration and passion for global development to impact investing research and social enterprise development at VERGE Capital. Growing up between Toronto, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore taught me to see the world from diverse perspectives and instilled in me a sense of social responsibility. These values are the foundation of my career ambitions and belief that we can use the tools of business to create positive systemic change in our global community. When I have a free moment, you can find me playing lacrosse or dabbling in graphic design and photography.
