We were founded by Amarachi Kejeh, an award-winning strategy consultant based in St. Thomas, Ontario. With global experience spanning North America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, we help organizations deliver greater impact within their communities. We primarily serve non-profit and public sector organizations through our flagship program, the DIY Strategic Plan program, along with other customized strategy and facilitation supports.

What do you want people to know about how you or your organization is creating change in our community?
Our DIY Strategic Plan program was created to democratize access to high-quality strategic planning. By equipping organizations with the tools and knowledge to develop their own plans, we enable them to think strategically and channel more of their resources into their core mission.For just 10% of consulting fees, we help organizations to create professional, in-house strategic plans while upskilling their teams for long-term success.

What are you working on that you would like to share with the community?

We are proud to have launched our DIY Strategic Plan program in early 2024, with support from the Libro Social Enterprise Incubator run by Pillar Nonprofit Network.

As a way to give back to the community, we offer two key opportunities for Pillar members:

1. 100% Scholarship for Volunteer-Run Organizations: We provide a FREE standard package to a volunteer-run group or organization, with up to two scholarship rounds each year. To stay updated on upcoming intake periods, please visit our website and subscribe to our mailing list.

The incubator offered invaluable expert guidance and peer support, helping to redefine the path forward for my organization and successfully launch the DIY Strategic Plan program. Being part of Pillar has helped me connect with other mission-driven organizations and fostered a spirit of collaboration in driving social impact.
