Terrain: Easy hike. Well-defined trails. Some hills. some rough spots or obstacles. Hiking Boots are recommended.
Meeting Location: You can find us at the entrance to Meadowlily Woods ESA (34 Meadowlily Rd. S.) 30 minutes before the hike start time. We will be leaving the office at the advertised hike start time.
Accessibility: There is a marked trail, it can be uneven and muddy in places. Closed-toe shoes or boots are strongly recommended. Dress for the weather conditions.
Our hike will also explore the history of Ontario and London’s forests and how they have changed over time. We will also explore some geomorphology of the Meadowlily Woods ESA. Hope to see you there!
