Do you love arts, culture and other forms of creative expression? Do you have Smart Serve certification or are you willing to acquire it? Support our team and join us as a volunteer Bartender at TAP Centre For Creativity!

TAP Centre For Creativity is located at 203 Dundas Street in downtown London, Ontario. We are an inclusive and supportive venue, demonstrating how the arts can enrich our lives and our city. Our three storey historic venue is unlike any other in the city, providing a community forum for all expressions of creativity; fine art, music, theatre, film, craft and performance art, and most importantly, the ability for anyone to experience and experiment through educational programs. With 10 resident artist studios, we provide unique experiences that attract both artists and the public to ensure our long term viability as part of the creative fabric of London.

We host an average of five events each month featuring everything from community activations, art exhibitions, poetry readings, film screenings, concerts, artist talks and so much more. During these events, Bartenders serve beer, wine, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages to our patrons with due diligence to liquor laws and Smart Serve regulations. Ideal candidates are friendly, proactive, outgoing and responsible.

This is an opportunity for both new and experienced Bartenders to hone their skills. This role also offers the chance to mingle with artists and attendees who share your enthusiasm for arts & culture. As an added perk, our volunteers often have the opportunity to watch and participate in the events for free.

We are looking for mid-to-long term Bartenders who are willing to commit to a minimum of one volunteer shift each month. An average shift is 3-hours in length and there are volunteer opportunities during a variety of days/times each week.

If you are interested in applying, please click here and complete our online volunteer application. A TAP team member will contact suitable applicants to schedule a meeting to share more about our organization and this volunteer role that supports our events.

Thank you for your interest!
