Requirements – you must have:
- An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or a relevant field of study and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.
- Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients’ needs may result in overtime.
- Reliable transportation to provide services in London and surrounding county areas. A vehicle is required.
- Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in London and Area. Redeployment to the outside of London and Area as needed.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.
- Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
- A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check and First Aid and CPR certification; or be willing to obtain certification.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code.
LEADS offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $51,000 annually, and supplementary Health and Dental benefits with six months’ service completion.
